An artist, a mom, former suicide hotline responder, mental health advocate and a lover of stories and understanding human behavior and the human experience.

I am a multidisciplinary creative working at the intersection of art, coaching, and brand strategy.

My work is rooted in understanding people:
How we think, feel, connect, and communicate.
Whether through painting, engaging in meaningful conversations, or building aligned strategic direction, I help transform complexity into clarity, creating experiences that inspire reflection, connection, and purposeful action.
I belong to beautiful communities in Fitness, Personal Development, Gaming and Art. I enjoy intentional and meaningful time with the people in my life. I also very much value my solace where I replenish my energy faster and am able to clearly form my ideas and plans.

I BUILT A MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES HUB

I am diagnosed with Bipolar 2 and had suffered CPTSD in my younger years which stunted me for nearly all years of my life. This project is a love letter to my younger self who did her best to find help and created the opportunities to bring me where I am and who I am today.

"It's Okay" is meant to be a space for honest conversations, shared experiences and a hub to find relevant mental health and personal development materials.

As mentioned here, life is messy enough, it shouldn't be so difficult and resources can at least be in one space for convenience.

And no, you don't always have to figure it out alone.
