to acquire the certification and generate the required hours for my ICF - ACC certification.

The courses are facilitated and trained by ICF Certified Coaches and the programs are ICF-accredited.

Facilitating change became a passion when I began as a volunteer Crisis Line Responder (a public, telephonic, mental health crisis response service in the Philippines).
I am trained in Psychological First Aid and the Crisis Line Training Program is built by ICF-Certified Coaches and Licensed Counselors from the highly renowned non-profit mental health organization In Touch Community Services.
This background provided me enhanced skills in Triage, Active Listening, Solution-Focused Thinking, Critical Questioning.
